Submit your inquiry via our Contact Form. Within 24-48 hours you’ll hear back from us so we can chat about your dream event.
You’ll receive a custom proposal detailing inspiration images, flower choices, your investment, etc. Once your custom proposal is approved, we’ll send over a contract to make it official!
We’ll work with you and/or your planner on the Floral Design or Event Styling needs for your event.
30 days out from your event, we will have a meeting to go over all the final details, making sure everything is in place to be golden.
It’s finally the day for the IGS Team will bring your vision to life!

How far in advance should I book services with IGS?

Do you work with Brands on installations or activations?
Our studio is based in Chino, California and we serve clients whose events are in Southern California (LA, OC, IE, San Diego, etc.) If you are seeking only Event Styling Services, IGS is able to travel.
For weddings, we recommend reaching out to us 6 to 12 months in advance to ensure that we can dedicate our full attention to making your day as golden as possible. For other events, such as small dinner parties, showers or anniversary celebrations, contacting us at least 4 to 6 months prior to your event is desired. However, if your initial request falls outside of these time frames, please don't hesitate to contact us via our Contact Form.
We understand that budgets can vary widely, and we're committed to being as accommodating as possible. While we do our best to work with a range of budgets, it's important to note that not all ideas can be fully realized on a limited budget. However, we're here to help and explore creative solutions together. Please don't hesitate to reach out by filling out our Contact Form, and we'll be more than happy to discuss your specific needs and how we can make your vision come to life within your budget.

Do you have a "Just Because" Arrangement minimum?
Yes, our minimum for non-event orders such as "Just Because" or one-off floral deliveries for custom bouquets or arrangements starts at $250. This minimum includes delivery within a 10-mile radius of 91708. If you have any further questions or specific requests, please use our Contact Form.
